Products are not indestructible. We take care to deliver the products in top condition. It is the customer's responsibility to use the products as carefully as possible and to check for wear. It is also the customer's responsibility to determine whether the product is suitable for his/her pet.
Our products are suitable and sturdy for everyday use, but we do not recommend them for dogs with behavioral problems or dogs with strong pulls.

We do not give a warranty on wear and tear due to use, only on demonstrable manufacturing defects that must be reported in writing within 14 days of purchase. Owners are responsible for any damage to the products from misuse, or damage caused by your dog on walks or from unsafe storage of products.
