It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
Sale items and Snacks can not be returned or exchanged. After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the amount for the product when the product is returned to us. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition. Item(s) must not be worn, washed or show signs of use. Returns received in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted. When you send a return, we recommend that you use a track & trace service and keep the tracking number until your refund is received.
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product and the shipping costs of the new product. Sale items and Snacks can not be returned or exchanged.
I have provided a wrong delivery address!The responsibility for entering a correct shipping address rests with the customer. Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you. If you have not noticed this and passed it on before the order has been shipped, there will be costs associated with a new shipment to the correct address.
